Technical Definition-Hitting an airborne opponent out of the air with a grounded move. Good anti-air moves are usually fast, have a high or upward hitbox, and/or have some kind of invincibility.

In Other Words-A surface-to-air missile or SAM is a type of antiaircraft system used by modern armed forces launched from the ground to destroy aircraft or other missiles.
